Q: Who is this challenge for?
All graduating seniors. Those who feel prepared and those who feel a bit uneasy. We recognize that there are graduating seniors who are scared, fearful, or uncertain of how to work through their transition from high school to trade, career, or college. If your seniors are looking to confidently and effectively start their new phase ahead of the pack, this challenge is for them.
Q: Will we need to invest more than $1,000 and when is it due?
The one-time payment of $1,000 is the only investment that is needed for your seniors to gain full access to the challenge. There are no additional fees. May 3rd is the due date for the investment.
Q: How is this challenge different from your assemblies or workshops?
Unlike assemblies and workshops where Tony speaks to freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior needs all at once, the challenge is designed to address the specific needs of one target audience at one time: GRADUATING SENIORS. The challenge will cover the most common transition pitfalls that graduating seniors fall victim to. Additionally, each Monthly Meetup and Mastermind session will cover the specific needs of the students who join the challenge.
Q: What will be covered in the Career Mastermind and Monthly Meetup sessions?
The 6 Monthly Meetup sessions will provide students with the most important skills needed to make the most of their transition. Each month will cover specific skills, principles, and actionable strategies to implement.
The 8-Week Career Mastermind will tackle the specific needs of the students who are nominated to join the group. We will use our curriculum to tackle the top fears, weaknesses, and uncertainties of the group in hopes of helping each student reach their individual college, trade, and career goals.
Q: Are the Career Mastermind and Monthly Meetup sessions live?
All sessions will be virtual (Zoom) with live training. The start date for the Monthly Meetup will be Saturday, May 14th. Each Monthly Meetup session will run from 1:00 - 2:00 pm (EST) on the second Saturday of each month. The final session will be held on October 8th. The 8 Career Mastermind sessions will be held on consecutive Sundays starting on May 15th. Due to the 4th of July, there will be a gap week. The final session will be held on July 10th. Each session will run from 3:00 - 4:15 pm. Students will receive gift cards, prizes, and free resources for attendance and participation.
Q: Will my entire senior class have access to the Career Mastermind sessions and Monthly Meetup sessions?
All graduating seniors whose schools decide to join the challenge will have full access to all 6 Monthly Meetup sessions. For the 8-Week Career Mastermind, administrators will nominate 1-2 seniors to be a part of the group. Once each school signs up, select students will be provided with an access code for the Monthly Meetup and the Career Mastermind (via email).
Q: How do my students win the $2,000 and is that money only for my seniors who are transitioning to college?
Regardless of where the graduates will be transitioning to (college, trade, career), all graduating seniors who are a part of the challenge will be given the opportunity to win cash prizes. There will be a total of 3 students awarded three different amounts. There is a chance for one student to win in all three categories. While there are no requirements for usage of the money, there are criteria for winning the cash prizes.
The first prize $1,000 will be given to the student with the best 1-2 page essay written in response to a prompt that is based on Wear is Passion?. To win this category, students must read the Introduction, the first three chapters of Wear is Passion?, and a chapter of their liking. Prior to reading, they will be provided with=the prompt. The essay is due on Tuesday, May 31st.

The second prize of $1,500 will be given to the student who attends every session of the Monthly Meetup. The winner will be selected based on full participation and implementation of the strategies that are covered.

And, the final prize of $2,000 will be given to the student who attends every session of the 8-Week Career Mastermind. The winner will be selected based on full participation and implementation of the strategies that are covered.

Winners of the first and last prize will be announced on August 1st. The winner of the second prize will be announced on October 17th.
Q: Will all of my seniors receive their own eBook download of Wear is Passion? ?
Yes, each senior in your graduating class will receive their own eBook download of Wear is Passion?. The download will be compatible with their computer, laptop, or mobile device. Students will be given a free coupon code and instructions to download their copy to the device of their choosing. It is important to access the download quickly so that ample time is given to writing a compelling essay.
